2018 Rates:

Due to new HOA rules as of November 1st, 2016, the Sunol Treehouse is only available for rental for 30 nights or more.



Rate - $150.00/Night
       (30 night minimum or more)

       $4,500 (Rental Rate per Month)

Rates include all utilities (electricity, gas, water and garbage), satellite TV with premium channels, high-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet, local micro-cell wireless coverage (Verizon/Sprint and AT&T only) and unlimited U.S. local and long distance landline phone service.  Reservation deposit converts to a security deposit during occupation of the property.  Security deposit refundable if property left in acceptable condition.  All amounts are in U.S. Dollars.

 

 
Policies:
 
  • Check-in is after 3:00 PM PST.  Early check-in negotiable.
  • Check-out is 12:00 Noon PST.  Late check-out negotiable.
  • Occupancy:  6 persons
  • You must be 25 or older to rent this property.
  • This residence cannot be used as a party house or rave.  Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are authorized to occupy the residence.
  • This is a non-smoking residence.  Ashtrays are provided for smoking outside.
  • Well-behaved pets are allowed.  A pet addendum must be approved and signed before occupying the residence.
  • The reservation deposit converts to a damage/security deposit once the home becomes occupied.
  • Owner provides no daily housekeeping service.
  • Any foodstuffs left at the residence is available for use by the guests.  Guests are responsible for their own food.
  • Parking is limited to directly front of the residence and two parallel parking spots on the right past the cabin.  This totals about 11 spots and is considered community street parking.
  • Ensure all vehicles are parked completely off the road.
  • No one under the age of fourteen (14) is allowed in the hot tub without constant adult supervision.
  • Children under age twelve (12) can only use the hot tub on "warm".
  • No children under age seven (7) permitted in the hot tub under any circumstances.
  • No glass is allowed outside.  Plastic drinkingware is provided.
  • Noise levels should be kept within reason for the neighborhood during daylight and evening hours.  There should little or no outside noise after 10:00 PM.  A County Noise Ordinance is in effect.
  • Septic system in use.  Only human waste and toilet paper allowed in toilet.
  • The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises.
